About this Event
Athletic Zone and DeathRowDDD have collaborated to bring you the best of both worlds in a single bootcamp!
Our HYROX- inspired bootcamp series combines movements and stations seen in HYROX competitions with HIIT supersets generated by Coach Jey's DeathRowDDD bootcamp.
What is HYROX-inspired:
Participants work through a series of cardio- and strength-based workout stations where participants complete one functional workout station (machine or weights/ HIIT/ rest) for 30-45 secs and rotate (15 secs) for three rounds.
The following stations are listed (some may vary):
- Farmer's Carry
- Sled Push/pull
- Rowing
- Wall balls
- Lunges
- Burpee Broad Jumps
- Short distance running
