About this Event

WHEN THE GRID GOES DOWN, YOUR SQUAD IS YOUR LIFELINE.

SURVIVE THE GRID: Operational Fitness & Survival Intensive is a 2-hour hybrid operational workout and emergency readiness workshop. Combining a practical tactical briefing with a squad-based functional conditioning challenge, this event tests your endurance, real-world work capacity, and decision-making under physical stress.

WHAT TO EXPECT
1. The Survival Briefing: Absolute Essentials (30 Minutes)

An interactive tactical overview detailing critical emergency response priorities when standard infrastructure fails:

  • The First 72 Hours: Water purification, shelter priorities, situational awareness, and securing your immediate perimeter.
  • Bug-Out vs. Shelter-in-Place: Risk assessment strategies for deciding when to evacuate versus when to fortify.
  • Go-Bag Essentials: Core equipment priorities and identifying non-essential dead weight.
  • Physiological Stress Control: Managing adrenaline dumps, controlling heart rate, and maintaining clear squad communication under pressure.

2. The Operational Challenge: Team Survival Circuit (75 Minutes)

Put theory into practice with a squad-based workout focused on real-world heavy movement:

  • The Evac Push (Team Car Push): Coordinate as a squad to maneuver a dead-weight vehicle safely across designated distances.
  • Odd-Object & Supply Carries: Team transport protocols using sandbags, heavy containers, and equipment over obstacle paths.
  • Partner Evacuation Drills: Two-person seat carries and drag techniques to move incapacitated squad members under fatigue.
  • Squad Work Capacity Stations: Synchronized bodyweight reps, kettlebell work, and high-intensity stamina intervals where no one finishes until the whole squad finishes.

3. Recovery & Debrief (15 Minutes)
  • Down-regulation breathing techniques to reset your central nervous system post-exertion.
  • Open Q&A on family emergency action plans and home conditioning routines.

STRICTLY LIMITED TO 12 OPERATIVES

To maintain a high-instruction environment, direct coaching feedback, and maximum safety during heavy vehicle pushes and tactical drills, registration is strictly capped at 12 participants.
