Join us to learn hands-on techniques for self-defense, weapons retention, and situational awareness. This course is the perfect follow-up for CCW students or individuals who want to be better prepared for up-close confrontations with and without weapons. This class is held exclusively indoors and does not feature any live-fire training. Training weapons will be provided. *Note: The nature of this type of training requires students to be in close contact with other students and instructors.
COST: $50
REQUIREMENTS: This is a beginner friendly course, no prior experience is necessary. We do, however, ask that you have a willingness to learn! This course requires active participation and is not a passive learning experience.
No specific gear is required, but students may wear a duty belt or bring holsters or other gear they would like to wear. No bladed weapons, chemical agents, or ammunition is allowed in this course. Plastic training guns will be provided to students for specific exercises, but students may bring a personal handgun to use if they prefer. Handguns MUST be completely unloaded - this means no ammo in the gun, in the magazine, on their person, or in a case. No ammunition is allowed in the classroom at all, no exceptions. Each student will be required to check in with the instructor at entry and verify no ammunition or other unallowable items are present.
You will be issued a certificate as proof of training for your personal records.
