Survival Mode: Understanding What We Inherited

In this first workshop of the Rise & Renew Workshop Series, we’ll explore the survival patterns we may have inherited, where they came from, how they show up in our relationships, and what happens when strategies that once protected us are no longer serving us.

This workshop is for you if you’ve ever wondered:

• why do I shut down when conflict happens?
• why do I feel like I have to handle everything myself?
• why do I struggle to express my emotions?
• why do I avoid difficult conversations even when I know they need to happen?

This is not about blaming previous generations.

It’s about developing enough awareness to understand the patterns we inherited so we can decide which ones we want to keep and which ones we’re ready to change.

You do not have to be a mother or daughter in a particular stage of life to benefit from this conversation.

If you’ve ever looked at a behavior, reaction, or relationship pattern and thought, “why am I like this?” then this conversation is for you.

This will be more than a presentation

You’ll be invited to reflect, participate, and connect the conversation to your own experiences through guided questions and practical exercises.
