Step into a two-hour immersive experience that invites you to leave the external world behind and journey into the profound depths of your inner self. Through somatic movement, immersive breathwork, and resonant sound, this journey offers a sanctuary for exploration, release, and renewal.

🔹 Somatic Movement – Begin with a guided intuitive dance with your inner landscape. Blindfolded to quiet external distractions, you’ll listen deeply to the rhythms of your body, uncovering new layers of exploration and curiosity.

🔹 Immersive Breathwork – Flowing from movement, you’ll be guided into a breathwork journey where each inhale and exhale becomes a portal, opening pathways to deeper clarity and self-discovery.

🔹 Sound Bath – As stillness takes over, waves of sound will envelop you. Crystal singing bowls and the ocean drum weave together a soothing soundscape, releasing tension, harmonizing energy, and awakening a sense of balance and renewal.
