Weaving together the calming benefits of restorative yoga, the therapeutic rewards of massage, and the grounding properties of sound healing, this offering will leave you feeling deeply connected to your body, rooted to the earth, and filled with love for your being. This offering includes healthy, trauma informed touch. Sessions are limited to no more than 5-10 participants to make sure each guest will receive thoughtful care.
Space is limited. All props provided. Come dressed comfortable for gentle movement and relaxation.
