Explore the creative art of flogging through breath, presence, energy, and intentional touch. This guided experience blends Tantra-inspired connection with the dance of sensation, teaching how awareness, rhythm, and attunement awaken deeper trust, responsiveness, and connection in the body.
Learn the foundations of safe, consent-based play while exploring the balance between anticipation, impact, softness, and flow.

What You’ll Learn Inside the Experience
• Foundations of safe, consent-based flogging
• How rhythm, breath, and pacing shape sensation
• Creating anticipation, tension, and energetic connection
• The balance between softness, intensity, and flow
• Body awareness, communication, and attunement
• How presence changes the experience for both giver and receiver
• Creative ways to explore sensation through movement and touch
• Nervous system awareness for deeper trust and responsiveness
No experience needed. Curiosity welcomed.
Evening Flow:
- 6:30 – 7:30 PM: Social (optional – come connect and settle in)
- 7:30 – 9:30 PM: Class Experience - please arrive 10min early
Attend the class only or join both the social and class.
Optional: Bring a healthy snack to share during the social.
