Welcome to Surrender!

Come join us at The Clare Michael to celebrate intimacy without bounds. This event is all about letting go, embracing the moment, and finding inner peace. We will begin with a blissful grounding journey lead by Karuna® Reiki Master Teacher Amanda Skyles. Next we will begin an introductory breathwork class with Benjamin Kirsch to connect us more deeply into our bodies. We will finish with Cat Brown guiding us through an eye gazing excercise which serves to reflect our inner mirror. The last half hour is reserved to integrate these practices into our nervous system with gentle hand and/or head massages to promote a state of calmness, receptivity, reduced physical tension and less chemical stress reactions.
