Come join me for a relaxing and transformative journey that harmonizes the relaxing power of Yoga Nidra Meditation and the healing sounds of a soothing Sound Bath. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, de-stress, and connect with your inner self. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, this experience is open to all. Let the sounds wash over you as you find peace and tranquility in nature.

Agenda

Welcome and Introduction: Join us for a brief introduction to set the intention for the evening and to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Yoga Nidra Meditation: In this guided meditation practice, you will be gently led into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where the body and mind enter a state of deep rest and rejuvenation.

Sound Bath Session: Experience the therapeutic sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments that will allow you to cleanse the mind, balance energy centers, and facilitate a deep state of relaxation.

Silent Meditation Interlude: Take a moment to absorb the effects of the sound bath in a period of silent meditation, enhancing the overall sense of harmony

Closing Reflection and Community Connection: Share your thoughts and experiences if you feel comfortable, fostering a sense of community and connection with fellow participants.

Herbal tea will be available for all participants.
