Parent & Student Orientation: Youth Development Program
This is a great opportunity to learn more about how the program can support your child’s academic and career growth!
Orientation Details:
- What: Parent & Student Orientation for our Youth Development Program
- When: Thursday Jan. 30th 6-8pm
- Where: 486 N. Patterson Ave. W-S, NC 27101 (2nd floor of Bailey Power Plant)
- Who: All interested students (Grades 3-12) and their parents/guardians
Why Attend?
At the orientation, you will:
- Learn about the program’s goals and how we support students in Reading, Math, and College & Career Prep.
- Meet the Youth Leaders who will work directly with your child.
- Discover how the program will prepare students for EOGs, EOCs, and post-graduation success.
- Ask questions and get all the information you need to ensure your child is ready to excel!
Program Overview:
- Dates: February – May
- Schedule: Twice a week, 2 hours per session
- Subjects:
- Reading & Math for Grades 3-11 (EOG’s/EOC’s prep)
- College & Career Prep for 12th grade students
What to Bring:
- Your questions and any important details about your child’s academic needs
- Interest in partnering with us to support your child’s success!
