Get ready to chase the sunshine—even if it refuses to show up!The Surf & Sun 5K splashes into Tucson at Michael Perry Park in Tucson at the beginning of February, bringing beach-day vibes to a decidedly not beach-day forecast. While the temperatures may be brisk, the scenery more than makes up for it. This beautiful course offers an incredible 360-degree view of the Rillito River (whether there's water flowing or not), giving runners a stunning backdrop of sparkling water and winter skies the entire way.
Every participant will earn a custom finisher medal, a bright reminder that you braved the chill and conquered the course. We’ll also be presenting awards in all the usual 5-year age groups, celebrating fast finishes across every division.
