1989. On the outskirts of Paris, an angry generation finds its voice in hip-hop. Two kids seize rap like a weapon — putting words to the rage of the streets, galvanizing crowds and rattling authorities. Suprême NTM is born, and with them, French rap makes a thunderous entrance.
