After having talked with Luc Goupil it is clear that Canada signed a 200 year treaty calling it sovereign on Algonquin territory. Their treaty is about to run out and the Trudeau Regime continues to call election after election in the hope that their Government stands having to indiscriminably choose amongst one of the created parties. This is no where near a democracy as we are living under authoritarian rule. New Canada's Amendments 1.1 and 1.2 strives to build a better country for all.
