Supporting The Self Saboteur: Life Coaching & Mantra-Building Workshop

In this workshop we will spend our time learning about our Self Saboteur (some people call this Imposter Syndrome, Limiting Self Belief or Negative Self Talk) and how we use this as a tool rather than get rid of it.

The Saboteur is a unique part of us that we can observe, familiarize ourselves with, and bring into our daily lives as a rich resource instead of being something we fear or repel.

We will spend a good portion of this session with Q&A and hot seat coaching, where attendees get a live opportunity to ask their instructor any burning questions they need coaching.

The workshop will end with an affirmations and mantra building exercise using the lessons learned throughout the class.
