Are you a yoga teacher interested in learning how to better support pregnant students in your classes?This workshop is for yoga instructors who would like to deepen the level of support they offer the pregnant student in the yoga room.
We will discuss and explore:
-The physical, emotional and energetic effects of pregnancy
-Pregnancy posture and common shifts
-A short prenatal practice, stepping into pregnant students' shoes
-The benefits of prenatal yoga
-Regular class modifications
-Setting up restorative poses for pregnant students
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a newly minted yoga instructor, this workshop will leave you feeling empowered to better support any pregnant student who walks through the doors of your yoga class.
Tickets for this workshop are $30.
