The Staff Colleagues' Mental Health Workshop is an interactive training on how to support a colleague’s mental health developed in-house by Mind HK.

Supporting Staff Mental Health Workshop will cover:

• What does mental health look like for Hong Kong workforces
• Barriers to improving staff mental health
• Workplace mental health: Workplace stress and Burnout
• How managers/HR can support staff mental health
• Value exercise
• Role-plays and discussions
• Q&A

The sessions will run between 7pm-9pm. Refreshments will not be provided, but are available to purchase in the building.
