About this event

In your program, you might have a subset of spirited kids who take up a lot of your time. These kids have big feelings that lead to impulsive, often challenging behaviors. The dose of connection, boundaries, and behavior support doesn’t seem to matter. They may also have ADHD (whether diagnosed or not).

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to support spirited kids in a way that meets their needs  and doesn’t leave you exhausted and frazzled at the end of the day.

What will you learn?

  • What makes spirited kids so spirited
  • Tools to keep spirited kids engaged
  • Creating a container for big feelings
  • Tools to build leadership and significance
  • How to support kids with ADHD

Who Should Participate?

  • Youth developers
  • Educators
  • Parents
  • Childraisers
  • Anyone who works with children
