Supporting Siblings: Understanding, Coping & ConnectingA 60-minute small-group session led by licensed Occupational Therapist Mrs. Caroline in a warm, supportive setting.
For kids ages 5–10 | Group size up to 6

Session Focus-
Increase Understanding: Helps siblings make sense of their experiences and feel less alone.
Encourage Emotional Expression: Safe space to share feelings and learn healthy coping skills.
Build Resilience & Social Skills: Activities promote empathy, problem-solving, and self-regulation.
Strengthen Family Connections: Provides tools for positive communication and support at home.
