About this Event
When a loved one is living with dementia, families are often faced with difficult legal, financial and property decisions – often at an already emotional and overwhelming time.
Ralph Sayer Solicitors & Estate Agents, in partnership with The Dementia Trust, invite you to a free evening information event designed to provide clear, practical guidance and support.
This informal session will cover:
• Powers of Attorney – what they are and when you need them
• What happens if no legal arrangements are in place
• Guardianship and loss of capacity • Selling property on behalf of someone with dementia • Paying for care and practical planning considerations
• Support services available for families and carers
There will be short presentations followed by a Q&A and the opportunity to speak privately with with our panel of experts.
