Supporting Autism and Neurodiversity Outside: KS1-4

Led by: Emily Whiteley from Inbetween the Trees.

This course will explore autism friendly pedagogy and showcase a number of effective strategies such as sensory cicuits in nature, attention autism and sensory stories.

Sessions will provide participants with opportunities to experience these activities first hand and the chance to devise their own to take away.

Supporting Autism and Neurodiversity Outside will include both indoor and outdoor sessions so please bring appropriate clothing along with both indoor and outdoor footwear.

Please note: Refreshments will be provided but attendees need to bring a packed lunch.

This course is Free for participants and has been organised and funded by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society.
