Support Group for Parents of Teens - "Exam Stress"

It's easy to feel overwhelmed when your teenager is going through exam preparation and mock exams. Join a welcoming in-person support group created to promote community and minimise parents feeling isolated and alone with their struggles. We plan to discuss how to handle conflcit around revision, supporting a teen who's motivation and is low and learning how to manage our own anxiety around these challenging times.
