A new Support Group for families and friends who love someone who's struggling with substance use and addictive behaviors. For every person who struggles with addictions, there are families, caretakers, partners and friends who are impacted and aren't sure how to help.Weekly Meeting, Every Wednesday, 6-7:30pm
New Session starting each month
This group is Free to attend
Registration required,. The workbook is recommended, cost $15.00 (free online workbook is available).

This support group, utilizing the principles and evidence based strategies, rooted in science and kindness, will provide:
1. An understanding of substance use and a way to talk about it that encourages and supports change.
2. Learn new ways to talk with your loved one .
3. Learn and practice behavioral management skills based on principles of reinforcement, combined with natural consequences and limit setting.
4. Practice self-compassion and self -care
5. Learn the importance of compassionate Practice
6. Be supported and valued for your efforts, your heart and your love for your family.
7. Experience HOPE and see that your efforts can yield real change in your family and in yourself.
