Dr. Barr worked on our Pets until the very day his own health declined and he had no other choice than to close his beloved animal hospital. on Sept 11th at 1 pm please bring posters , balloons ,your well behaved pets and anything you can think to let Dr. Barr and family know that he is missed and loved. we plan to line the sidewalk in front of the vet office. I want this to be huge!
