As a family member or friend of someone facing memory loss, you know how tough and isolating the experience can be, especially if you serve as their primary caregiver. While no book or training can fully prepare you for the experience, we’ll learn strategies together, offer advice, and support each other in our journey. Refreshments will be served. Participants are encouraged to bring their loved ones with dementia. Our expert Astoria team will lead a fun activity geared to them while you attend the group. Please provide advance notice (preferably 24 hours prior) if you are bringing your loved one.
