Support Betty Baker and Drag Queen Story Time at the Peterborough Public Library

There is – once again – a planned protest by anti-2SLGBTQ groups against the Peterborough Public Library’s Drag Queen StoryTime event on March 18 featuring Betty Baker.
Drag Queen Story Time is a fun, inclusive, kid-friendly event that encourages literacy, promotes acceptance, and celebrates differences.

PFLAG Peterborough is asking community members to come together again to show support for local drag artist Betty Baker, the Peterborough Public Library, and the children and parents who will be attending this event.
Gather outside the library (345 Aylmer St) on March 18 at 9:45 am. Bring pride flags, angel wings, colourful banners, rainbow clothing, and signs with positive, supportive, and loving messages!
Let’s once again take a stand for inclusivity, love and acceptance!
