For parents and carers who have recently separated or are going through separation.
Separation can feel like you’re trying to sail through stormy weather. This free 2-hour workshop is here to help you steady the ship. We’ll talk about ways to look after yourself and your children during and after separation. You’ll also have the chance to connect with others in a similar situation.
What to expect

- Practical tips to care for yourself and your kids
- Light refreshments provided
