Supply Chain Transition Programme: Aerospace - Meet the Buyer

The aerospace sector has a strong presence in the West Midlands and is experiencing growth. West Midlands manufacturers and service providers with customers in adjacent sectors such as transport have an opportunity to win aerospace business, but this can be a challenge in a sector which has a deep supply chain and unique requirements. This event aims to match companies new to aerospace with potential buyers and give them a personal introduction.

This event will provide tailored support to up to 40 local businesses by helping them to win new business in a growing industrial sector and thereby allowing them to diversify and expand. Many buyers will be from outside the West Midlands, from across the UK, which will cement the reputation of the West Midlands as a leader in manufacturing and engineering.

This event will be marking the end of the Supply Chain Transition Programme: Aerospace which is a programme funded by the WMCA. It will be introducing as many of the participants of that programme with all the major Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies in the UK Aerospace industry.
