The following is the 4-course pairing menu.

Arancini Cacio e pepe: RIce croquet filled with creamy percorno cheese, tomato concasse, micro baby basil Paired with: Vermentino Jankara

Gnocchi alla Sorrentina: Potato Gnocchi, Pomodoro Sauce, Burrate and Basil Paired with: Ciro Rose Torre Aragonese

Chicken Saltimbocca alla Romana Chicken Breast, Prosciutto, Sage White Sauce, Asparagus and Patata al Forno Paired with: Chianti Rifugio del Vescovo.

Lemoncello Desser Paired with: Prosecco Balerin

Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to participate, and will need to show a government-issued I.D. to check-in.

Check-in will take place at Lombardi Cucina Italiana at 6655 Winning Drive, Frisco, Texas 75034 across from the Ring Of Honor.

Complimentary parking is available in any of the onsite parking lots (Blue Garage, Silver Garage, Gridiron Parking Lot, Gaylord Parking Lot). Valet service is also available outside of The Glen & Dee Lincoln.

Supper Club at The Star in Frisco will occur rain-or-shine and there will be no refunds unless the event is canceled. Guests are responsible for making plans for a sober ride home from the event.
