Chef Dane and the team at CULTURE invite you into an intimate, thoughtfully curated dining experience. In collaboration with sommelier Lauren Gay of Joui Wine and Swoon Books & Wine, each course is complemented by complimentary wine pairings selected to enhance and elevate the evening.
This private, ticketed dinner is designed to feel immersive yet effortless—where conversation flows, flavors build and linger, and each moment unfolds naturally.
The Evening’s Progression
We begin with a playful first bite—
Deviled eggs with jalapeño bacon jam, cajun fried shrimp, chives
Then something warm and grounding—
Collard green gumbo with smoked chicken and andouille sausage
A bright pause to reset—
Juicy mango salad with bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, cilantro microgreens, honey lime vinaigrette
Followed by a rich, layered main—
Carolina gold risotto with crispy pork belly, charred okra, sweet corn, and pickled Fresno chili
And a sweet, lingering finish—
Plantain caramel cheesecake
