Join us for SUPfit, brought to you by SaltyFit & Paddle Florida Now!Happening every other Thursday 6-7pm
We are so excited to bring paddle boarding & fitness together to help you get outside, try something new and help you reach your fitness goals!
Jenny & Emily will lead you in a fun & exciting paddle board workout!
MEET: 6pm
START: 6:10pm
FINISH: 7pm
These classes will cater to EVERYONE from beginners to experts & will include a short lesson on how to paddle board & safety while on the board.
This affordable class will be something you look forward to every week & will make it fun to reach new fitness goals, make new friends and be outside in the fresh air!
SaltyFit is owned & operated by the Jenny Zimmet. She will be leading each group and does an amazing job of teaching techniques that fit everyone's comfort & skill level. Jenny makes working out feel like a walk in the park with your best friend, seriously!! <3
Paddle Florida Now/LayZboards is owned & operated by Emily Jones. She will be leading paddle board lessons, paddle safety & assisting Jenny with fitness instruction. Emily takes a lot of pride in empowering all humans to get out of their comfort zones and get on a board!! Before you say "I can't do that" come to a class and try it with Emily & Jenny!!!
