Supervisor Training Module 6 - Conflict Management

Blended format – Instructor-led and Online self-paced
The Supervisor Training Program is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to effectively supervise and manage employees. The program centers on the value of effective supervision and improves the participant’s ability to lead and motivate others.
Module 6: This course focuses on ways supervisors can work with their employees to resolve conflict in the workplace. It provides practical steps and techniques that everyone can learn. Supervisors are provided with the knowledge to recognize the causes of workplace conflict, how to facilitate the resolution of conflict, and how to manage the work relationships once the conflict has been resolved.
A laptop or mobile device is required for each participant to complete the module.
Registration required with a 'Detroit' email for attendance validation and communication purposes.

Participants can earn .4 CEUs per 4-hour course
