The Branson Tri-Lakes HR Association is partnering with Tomo Drug Testing to bring an updated Supervisor Impairment Recognition Training to the Tri-Lakes area.This training is designed for HR professionals, supervisors, and business leaders who want to confidently recognize and respond to possible substance impairment in the workplace.
Supervisors play a critical role in maintaining a safe work environment. This session provides practical tools to help you identify warning signs, respond appropriately, and properly document concerns while staying compliant with workplace policies and DOT requirements.
