a Sacral-Based Halloween Affair where we’ll be moving hips, shaking ass and shedding what no longer serves us on a personal level, an ancestral level, and a collective level. An end of the year spooky-ooky transmutation session hosted by yours truly. We will be honoring the Ancestors by cultivating a space of liberation through movement, play, and deep release, and it wouldn’t be Ancestral without a good meal.
