Superior Siren is an eerie folk project led by singer-songwriter Laura Sellner. Inspired by Lake Superior and Siren Mythology, the music offers an alluring and dangerous expression of vulnerability and desire. Sellner’s solo performance provides an intimate experience with her captivating vocals and poignant songwriting. Laura played her first Homegrown Music Festival solo as Superior Siren in our space (formerly Amazing Grace Bakery & Café) 10 years ago, so while the full band is on a temporary hiatus, this show will serve as a sort of homecoming.
