Thursdays from 7p-8p, Ramon Rivas [Comedy Central, HBO Latino, Sirius/XM] will workshop some new material and set the stage for a featured artist each week.

Admission is first come first sat since seating is LIMITED.

July 9 (comedian)

TJ Maclin is a Cleveland-based stand-up comedian, filmmaker, and storyteller whose comedy blends sharp observation, vulnerability, and a lived-in sense of humor. His work often explores adulthood, family, growing up Black and working class, and the strange emotional math of feeling behind in life while still trying to become yourself. TJ brings a grounded, narrative style to the stage—funny, reflective, and unafraid to sit in the uncomfortable parts of a story until the laugh breaks through. He has performed at Hilarities and Funny Bone Cleveland, co-wrote and starred in the animated mini-series Daytime Noir alongside Jeron Braxton and Jay Ellis of Insecure, now streaming on Hulu, and co-produces and co-hosts the monthly Con Tú Variety Show at Dunlap’s Corner Bar. His debut comedy special, Late Bloomer, is available now on YouTube.

Q and Dezhawn are Debutants; an improv duo who you can catch doing comedy all around Cleveland. They recently hosted a BLACK Variety show at imposter’s theater.

Tania Timmons is a Cleveland-based stand-up comedian, writer, and producer known for her sarcastic, dry humor and witty observations.

She is a regular at Hilarities Comedy Club and an alumna of the Cleveland Comedy Festival, Detroit Women of Comedy Festival, and BorderLight Festival, where she performed the one-woman show she wrote and produced. Her comedy explores modern dating, motherhood, family, and the absurdities of everyday life.
