You’re invited to Super Music Club #6 at Skissernas Museum in Lund – an evening to discover the creative journey of songwriting, when two of Sweden’s most interesting alternative artists perform unreleased songs.
Line up:
MIMI BAY
SAM FLORIAN
+ Support
DJ: SLACKIN BEATS
At the center of Gen Z’s alternative internet culture, Swedish artist and producer mimi bay carved out a distinct yet unforced presence during her early career. Her debut EP I Will Be Okay captured this essence, with its cozy, ukulele-driven sound resonating strongly with her existing fanbase while also drawing in a wider audience. Its release also marked a turning point, paving the way for her emergence as an early figure within the new Nordic alt-pop scene, where she remains and flourishes to this day.
Since her debut, mimi bay has released a second EP, a mixtape, and a string of singles, each release pushing her sound and expression into new territory. In 2026, mimi bay’s music sounds more alluring and intimate than ever, with the first two singles from her upcoming mixtape, bet and return, touching upon themes such as courage and letting love in. In her composing, mimi bay continues to blend vulnerability with quiet confidence, proving that she, right now more than ever, is one of the most interesting characters in the landscape of Nordic alt-pop.
Sam Florian is the Swedish singer-songwriter known for his 80s-inspired lo-fi indie and bedroom pop. Recording from his secluded studio in Karlstad he blends pop, indie, and alternative R&B elements to craft a calming yet distinctive sound.
His music, often deeply personal, reflects experiences from his teenage years, adding emotional depth to his composition. Sam Florian was recently named as 'artist of the future' by Swedish Radio P3. During 2026, Sam Florian will unveil a series of musical projects, both as an artist and a music producer for other musicians.
Expect alternative, house and downtempo music when Malmö based artist and music producer Slackin Beats returns to Super Music Club. Slackin Beats has just released his debut album "Off To A Good Start".
This warm, inspiring evening that will take place in the unique environment of Skissernas Museum’s Birgit Rausing Hall. An acoustic concert will be followed by a short interview. The pop-up bar from the high-end restaurant "På Skissernas" will be open.
