We breathe the healing ocean with a Super Full moon rise over the sea in 99.8% illumination & sunset in the west.

BRING:

Large beach towel or blanket for coverage over sand.

A yoga mat can be placed beneath a blanket for more stability, but it is not required.

*A wrap or layers to cover up. It can be chilly after the sun goes down.

Bring water/drink, and optional to stay after class and byo picnic

We will use soft amber lighting on the beach after class. Please note we are in the Turtle nesting season. NO white lights or flash.

FASTEST:

1) Across the street from class, there are plenty of street parking with hourly meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets.

2) Paid valet parking available at hotels.

*FREE PARKING:

1) The streets - a couple blocks west of beach - around Vistamar St, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr areas. There are no meters in this area and you will have to take some extra time to explore if its your first time.

2) The Galleria Mall area and is a 12/15 minute walk over the Sunrise Blvd drawbridge.

WEATHER :

We are an outdoor event. In Florida, we watch by-hour forecasts & radar, for our event location. Any weather delays will be posted at Twitter page @FortYoga. You do not need to have a twitter account to see the alerts.

*keep in mind, rain cells usually pass quickly and/ or rain cells do not come over to our event location.

Its also the summer time. A sprinkle will feel refreshing, so be prepared to enjoy it.
