We have a new Sunday class every other week at T.O.S.H planned for summer months.1st one starts this Sunday! If you’re craving deep rest, gentle movement, and a reconnection to your inner calm this could be for you. Or just need some rest and reset come join us.

Over 6 sessions, every other Sunday evening we’ll gently move through the chakra system with soft, intuitive Kundalini Yoga, gentle breathwork or meditation and immersive gong baths designed to calm your body and mind and release and reset the nervous system.
Each session focuses on a different chakra. It’s going to be less about effort and more about relaxing and softening and listening to our bodies and what they really need. Deeply relaxing movement, gentle kriyas & mantra, restorative breathwork, 40+ minute gong bath, all in a lovely airy space tucked away in Boscombe where we can just be. Upgrade our frequency to live in a place of love, calm and peace no matter what life throws at us. Each session is a session in its own right and works on the entire system.
Here’s an idea of the schedule although subject to change to suit the needs of the group, we can also set up a group and send the kriyas and playlists afterwards for extra home practice if it suits.

• July 27 Become like angels so we can give to all, health, inner energy, angelic nature, guided by your higher consciousness.
• August 17 Purifying the blood, preventing disease, oxygen absorption, help keep the body young and strong.
• August 31 Awaken the realisation that you and everyone around you is spirit, reverse negative energy.
• September 14 Bring calmness and joy to the mind, unite all parts of yourself.
• September 28 Control your senses and your thoughts, health is improved, lung capacity increased, nervous system restored to vitality.

No previous experience needed, Suitable for all levels.
Bring yoga mat, blankets, cushions and socks and everything you need to be super cozy and relaxed. Water bottle or tea etc etc.
