If you're looking for a fun and refreshing way to spend your day, why not try a stand up paddle board class on Lake Del Valle? Our 2 hour class includes paddle instruction, rental board and safety gear, and plenty of time to explore the gorgeous scenery around the lake. Once you've gotten comfortable paddling, settle into a yoga class taught by a certified instructor in both SUP Yoga and Water Safety.
With a savansa that will leave you feeling like you're floating on water, this is an experience you simply can't miss. So grab your SUP and head to Lake Del Valle for a paddle and yoga session sure to make your day a little brighter.
Additional details to note:
- You must know how to swim - we don't plan on getting wet, but it can happen.
- Workshop could get cancelled due to weather issues. You will be reimbursed the full amount of the workshop if this happens.
- Del Valle Parking Fee is $6.
- A map will be provided to you the day before the class so you know where to meet Alison
- Open to members and non-members alike. Non-member price is: $99
