Join us on the lake for a peaceful morning of Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga at beautiful Cedar Lake! These sessions are designed for all levels, whether it’s your first time on a board or you're a seasoned paddler.
We’ll start with a short paddle out, learn how to anchor down, and then move through a gentle, grounding yoga flow while floating on the water. Expect breathwork, balance, and a whole lot of zen under the open sky.
✨ All gear is provided! Just bring water, sunscreen, and your beautiful self.
