SUP + Sound @ Falls Lake

Join me for a sound healing experience on Falls Lake. This is most likely the last one of the season... Studies have shown that both spending time in nature and sound healing are beneficial to your health; reducing stress and improving physical and mental wellness. So why not combine the two? This event is BYOB (bring your own board), kayaks are welcome too, and so are friendly well-behaved dogs. If you don't have a SUP, you can rent one here, wakerack.com (select the Falls Lake North - Eno River location for nearest pickup and look for the lockers below).

Please set aside 90 minutes for the whole experience. This will give us time to paddle out (not far from the boat ramp), get settled and enjoy a 45-60 minute sound bath, and return to shore.We'll meet at the Hickory Hill Boat Ramp in Durham.
