LEVEL 2 - HIGH INTENSITY: 2 HOUR DURATION MAXIMUM
You can nominate your group on the morning of the session. Booking in advance essential. Paddling experience required.
BYO Board. Board hire available (booking essential). Bring change of clothes, towel, water and a sense of humour.
