So you learned how to paddle. Or maybe you've been paddling for a bit. What's next?
Here's your chance to practice and hone in on your SUP skills and paddle stroke!
Join me for this one-day SUP 102 Workshop built to help beginner to intermediate paddlers and racers feel confident, strong, and ready to paddle with more efficiency, ease and enjoyment.

We’ll cover:
✅ Paddle Stroke technique
✅ SUP Stroke drills
✅ Intermediate turns and beginner footwork

✅ Paddling dynamics + strategy for navigating our local waterways
