💫 Join on the stunning top of The Leas in Folkestone nr Dixwell Road for a grounding and energising Hatha Energy Flow Yoga class. This outdoor practice is designed to harmonise movement, breath, and awareness, with a focus on the anatomical relevance of the chakras and the therapeutic power of pranayama.
Set against the expansive sea views and open skies, this session offers a gentle yet potent flow that integrates:
Traditional Hatha postures for strength, mobility and alignment, with an embodied edge to help us stay connected to our inner rhythms. 🥰
Targeted breathwork (pranayama) to balance the nervous system and deepen presence
Insightful osteopathic cues that connect each chakra to its associated physical structures (spine, diaphragm, pelvis, etc.)
A focus on spinal mobility, grounding through the feet and pelvis, and opening the chest and breath
This is more than a yoga class — it’s an embodied exploration of energy, anatomy, and breath, suitable for all levels. Come to reconnect, reset, and realign with your natural rhythm in one of Folkestone’s most beautiful outdoor spaces.
