Get ready for a day full of fitness, fun, and fantastic vibes at our second annual Sunshine Fitness Festival on the Lawns! Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just looking for a great way to spend your Saturday, we've got something for everyone. Here's the lineup:

9:00 AM - HIIT with Svata Kickstart your day with an energizing High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session led by the incredible Svata. This class is perfect for those looking to get their heart pumping and muscles burning!

10:30 AM - Mums & Baby with Svata and Sade Bring your little ones along for a special Mums & Baby workout. Svata and Sade will guide you through a fun and engaging session that combines fitness with bonding time. This class is designed for babies of all ages. Mums can carry their babies in a carrier, have them in a pram, or let older kids join in on the fun!

12:00 PM - Boxing with Lauren Channel your inner fighter with an exhilarating Boxing class led by the fierce Lauren. This session will teach you the basics of boxing while providing a fantastic full-body workout. Gloves up, and let's go!

1:30 PM - Yin Yoga with Sarah Wind down and stretch out with a calming Yin Yoga session led by the serene Sarah. This class is perfect for all levels, offering a peaceful way to relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. Yin Yoga focuses on slow, deep stretches, making it ideal for releasing tension and finding inner peace.

All Day - Live DJ Giwha Keep the energy high and the good vibes flowing with live music from DJ Giwha! He'll be spinning tunes all day to keep you motivated and moving.
