The Sunshine Coast Hinterland is heralded for its spectacular views, picturesque towns, amazing food, and so much more. In particular, Montville and Maleny are famous for their delicious dairy products, fudge, ice cream, and venues with a view!

First up, it's off to Flaxton Gardens for optional coffee, tea, and a bite to eat.*

Next stop on the tour: Montville! Montville is a lovely town perched in the mountains that's famous for its clock, fudge, ice cream, and chocolate shops. You'll have free time here for a couple of hours to peruse, explore, and shop. We highly recommend checking out their awesome cheese shop down the road!

Then it's off to a SECRET LOCATION — and by secret, we mean 'Secrets by the Lake'. This is Lake Baroon, which you may have seen on the drive before, and there's an amazing venue there (Secrets by the Lake) where we can get afternoon tea* or go for a walk on the lake.

To finish up the day, we'll stop at Mary Cairncross Park to take in its stunning views of Mt Tamborine and do a short rainforest walk.

Itinerary:

8:15 AM: Depart Brisbane (Roma Cafe at Roma Street Parklands)
10:00 AM: Refreshments at Flaxton Gardens*
12:00 PM: Free time at Montville
2:00 PM: Head to Lake Baroon & Secrets By The Lake
3:15 PM: Stop at Mary Cairncross Park (Cafe) for the spectacular views & a quick rainforest walk
4:00 PM: Depart for our return to Brisbane
5:30 PM: Arrive back at Brisbane
