Please bring a yoga mat/towel, a hat, sunscreen, a water bottle, comfortable clothing and a winning smile
LOCATION 📍Dominion Arboretum - 2nd parking lot. Take the Prince of Wales roundabout to the Dominion Arboretum. At the t-junction, either take a left to park at the Friends of the Farm parking lot or take a right and park in the 2 smaller parking spots overlooking the Arboretum hills.
* Lots of FREE 🅿️ parking (but please stay out of the reserved Agriculture Canada spots. please. thank you)

Arboretum Hill Club: AHC is thrilled to partner with The Mat Lab on this summer community wellness journey. Since 2018, AHC has led over 320 free Friday 6:29am workouts and has hosted such unique free community fitness & wellness events as the Sunset 6k Series, Hill Hell Week, and ArboRace. All ages. All fitness levels.
