Join Lead Instructor from Yoga Six, Laura Garcia, for a one hour sunset restorative yoga class!
Great for triathletes, this class will help with mobility, recovery and injury prevention.
We are lucky to have an experienced expert to offer this to our CTC community.
Meet in the grass west of the basketball court pavilion.
Bring your own mat, towel, bug spray and hydration.
Class starts at 6:30 pm and will last approximately one hour.
Non-CTC members are welcome after signing online waiver!
