Enjoy an all-levels yoga class while grounding your feet in the sand(if you desire to do so). We will gently flow from each pose linking our breath with each movement for the ultimate calming experience, enjoy a cold essential oil infused towel at the end of the class. Enjoy dolphins making an appearance from time to time.
What to bring: Large towel or sheet, plus a tarp in case the sand is wet, mats get too messy.
Cost: This class is on a sliding payment scale of $10-$20/person via cash, Venmo (Kendra-Yates-5) or Zelle (423-608-0928)
