Sunset Yoga + Sound Healing MeditationJoin us for a heart, centered Sunset Yoga +Sound Healing Meditation at Shepard Park in Stuart. A perfect way to unwind, connect, and soak in the beauty of the evening sky. This session is beginner-friendly and open to all who wish to move, breathe, and receive the healing vibrations of sound.

Arrive by 4:30PM, session starts promptly at 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

This practice will be facilitated by Lu Patino (www.iamluv2all.com)and graciously sponsored by Phillip Scheu. Phillip is generously covering the cost for the first 8 people who register. After that, participation is $30 per person.
